Beekeeping Class

This course is support for your first year as a beekeeper and beyond

The Course entails seven sessions from February to September, walking you through:

• what to buy to get started as a beekeeper
• how to nurture the bees through their first working season
• techniques to keep them alive through the winter

This class is taught by two award winning, retired, professional instructors with over 100 years of combined beekeeping experience.

Sessions:

First 3 classes are indoors on Saturdays 9 am - 11 am on 2/5, 2/19 and 3/5/22 at the Holmen Community Center

The remaining classes will be held outdoors:  dates, times and /locations TBD

Classes will run through September 2022

Cost:

$115/person for HACC members

$125/person for non-members  (~$7/hour)
